Considering us for a Roof Inspection, What to Expect:

Schedule Inspection:

Contact Tinroof representative, schedule appointment flexible to your schedule. 

Roof Inspection: Roof assessment is photo documented and done in person. Leak assessments generally require attic inspection. Drone service may be requested. We do believe walking the roof is necessary for a thorough investigation.

In the event of active leak Tinroof will temporarily add a cover or seal to water proof dwelling ( Service included for paid inspections)

Report and Estimate: Report is written up and combined with photo documentation. An estimate is also provided separately with work cost.

Scheduling and Completion: Work can be scheduled and work will start. Paid invoice, and photo documentation is provided along with with warranties if applicable.
